Responsabilidades

• Assessing Patients: Evaluate a patient's mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional limitations.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Develop individualized therapy plans to improve movement and function based on the patient’s condition and goals.
• Post-Surgical Rehabilitation: Assist patients in regaining function after surgery (e.g., joint replacements, cardiac procedures).
• Pain Management: Use techniques such as manual therapy, positioning, and guided movement to reduce pain and improve comfort.
• Patient & Family Education: Teach patients and caregivers how to perform exercises, use assistive devices, and follow safety practices at home.

Formação académica

Bachelor/Master/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy

Current state Physical Therapy license

Current BCLS (AHA) certificate

Responsibilities

• Patient & Family Education: Teach patients and caregivers how to perform exercises, use assistive devices (like walkers), and follow safety practices at home

Qualifications
