Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home, tech-enabled care. You will manage patients’ plans of care at clients’ homes, with flexible scheduling and a per-visit pay model that rewards additional visits.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
