Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes across Maryland. You will set your own schedule, be matched with nearby patients within a short drive, and complete documentation quickly using the Luna app.

Join a flexible, on-the-road role offering per-visit pay, Safety Shield, and integrated care tools. Candidates must hold an active state PT license, have reliable transportation, liability insurance, and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
