Luna Physical Therapy is seeking flexible rehabilitation professionals to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes across Colorado. You’ll set your own availability and Luna matches you with nearby patients, fostering autonomy and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
