Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home, one-on-one outpatient care across patients' homes, delivering each patient’s full plan of care. You’ll set your own availability and Luna will match you with nearby patients within a short drive.

Work with Luna’s app to document visits in 3-5 minutes, enjoy flexible scheduling, per-visit pay with potential for more visits, and safety features designed to support therapists on the road.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
