Luna Physical Therapy is an in-home, tech-enabled physical therapy platform founded in 2018. We partner with leading healthcare organizations to empower clinicians to provide care in patients homes with flexibility and support.

You will deliver one-on-one outpatient PT, set your availability, and document quickly in the Luna app while managing care within short travel distances. Per-visit pay and on-the-road work define this role.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in the state
• Reliable transportation
• Liability insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes
• Set your own availability and be matched with nearby patients (max 30-minute drive)
• Complete documentation in the Luna app (short process)

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
