Confluent Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Berea, KY outpatient clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions, guiding patients toward optimal function with evidence-based care.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000–$95,000 with up to $10,000 sign-on, comprehensive benefits, structured mentorship, career development paths, and innovative tools to support clinicians.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 Up to 10K Sign On Bonus

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.


• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.


• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.


• Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.


• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.


• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

About

Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
