Job summary

Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy in Lexington, KY is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. You will evaluate and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, and develop personalized plans to restore function and quality of life.

We offer a great compensation package of $90,000–$95,000 annually, productivity incentives, potential sign-on bonus, and benefits including 401(k) with 4% employer match, medical/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or eligibility to licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long‑term recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and ongoing professional development.
