Job summary

Serenity-Therapy-Solutions-LL in the Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled physical therapy services to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima (Net Health) is a plus.
