Job summary

Serenitytherapyslt in the Bronx is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide skilled therapy to support functional goals.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants, monitoring progress, documenting per regulations, educating residents, and maintaining a safe, professional environment. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State OT license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Rehab Optima experience is a plus.
• New graduates are welcome.
