The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $50–$60 and the opportunity to help residents regain mobility and independence in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

• Implement therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, and physical therapy equipment.
• Educate residents on treatment plans and recovery expectations.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes.

Education

Position Overview
