Job summary

IHA in New Hampton, IA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide client-centered home health services, developing individualized treatment plans and delivering care in the patient’s residence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, ideally in home health.
• Graduate from APTA-approved program.

Responsibilities

Full-Time - 40 hours weekly; Days - 8 hour shift; New Hampton Medical Center

This individual works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop an individualized physical therapy treatment plan for client’s home/residence.
