Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking Physical Therapists to join our growing team delivering Geriatric House Calls™ in community settings. You will provide one-on-one PT services to older adults, assessing needs and tailoring interventions to support functional independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in practice state(s).
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
