Each Plan of Care is created to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.**Qualifications:**A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program is required. Some directly related experience is preferred. Candidates must also have certification and licensure, or be eligible to obtain certification and licensure, as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
