CareOne at Lexington in Lexington, MA is seeking part-time and per diem physical therapists to join an in-house rehab team. You will provide and direct resident rehabilitation care, evaluate needs, and establish effective treatment plans across short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and long-term care settings.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a current MA PT license, with older adult rehab experience preferred.

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operation (Massachusetts).
• Older adult rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care following accepted practice methods and standards.
• Evaluates residents and develops effective treatment plans for assigned residents.
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines as needed.
• Screens residents according to schedules and practices.
• Provides feedback to supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Participates in center-directed processes and services.
• Completes necessary clinical documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintains accurate billing records in line with requirements.
• Participates in in-service training programs.
• May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.

We are looking for Part-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapists to join our team!

Salary Range

Salary Range: $40 - $65 per hour

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule.

Practice Setting: (Short Term Rehab, Skilled Nursing, and Long Term Care)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides and directs resident/resident rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
• Evaluates residents/resident needs and establishes effective and efficient treatment plans for the resident/residents assigned.
• Manages and coordinates the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated.
• Participates in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices.
• Provides feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Participates in all center directed processes and services.
• Performs necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.
• Maintains complete, accurate and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements
• Participates in in-service training programs as requested
• May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis

Position Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations.
• Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.
