CareOne is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-house rehabilitation services at CareOne at Essex Park in Beverly, MA. The PT collaborates daily with nursing and clinical staff to achieve strong patient outcomes and maintain consistency as part of our team.
You will evaluate residents, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coordinate care with other disciplines while ensuring compliance with center and state standards.
