Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical abilities and reduce pain
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards
• Keep current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
