Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise PTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and safety.
