Ampersand Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support pediatric students in a Kalamazoo, MI school-based setting. You will perform evaluations, direct therapy, and progress monitoring in-person, aligning with IEPs and school goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and specialists. Michigan licensure or willing to obtain NC licensure is required; school-based experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and W-2 benefits included.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Michigan, or licensed in another state and willing to obtain NC licensure ASAP.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide school-based evaluations, direct treatment, and progress monitoring for pediatric students.
• Write and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary special education team meetings.
