Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a part-time School-Based Physical Therapist in Monrovia, IN. You will create and deliver individualized treatment programs for K-12 students based on IEPs and medical plans, supporting their progress in school.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will supervise PTAs, conduct evaluations, complete reviews on time, and maintain thorough progress documentation to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have current Physical Therapist license in the state of service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check as applicable by state.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for K-12 students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support PTAs as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and annual/triennial reviews.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide progress reports.
