ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC in Jasper, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our hospital outpatient team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities to optimize recovery.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus, PTO and holidays, a monthly bonus potential within the first 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Competenze

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist specific to the State of Indiana.
• A Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• BLS certification.

• Developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan based on patient needs containing achievable functional goals by using therapeutic exercise and modalities, as necessary
• Reviewing available patient information, evaluating the impact of the assessment, and communicating of the treatment process
• Revising treatment plans, as needed, throughout the treatment process for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and/or bone diseases
• Establishing and instructing patient and/or family/caregiver in exercises and therapeutic procedures to be continued following discharge

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist specific to the State of Indiana
• A Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy
• Current CPR certification
