Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy to patients in our Grand Rapids outpatient clinic, following medical direction and patient need. You will educate patients and caregivers and arrange adaptive equipment as needed.

This full-time position requires MI licensure, a valid driver's license, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Work hours are 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with weekdays schedule and 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• 6 months of relevant physical therapy experience preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist - Michigan (MI) required.
• Driver’s License - Michigan required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

About Outpatient Clinics

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. Scope of Work

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver’s License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• AHA or ARC (BLS) required within 90 days of hire
