Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering OT services to our residents, focusing on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Document assessments and treatment plans per facility policies.
