The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, current certifications, and preferably two years of experience. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT Required.
• Must maintain current CEUs as prescribed by the State.

• Provide physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence.
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Provide patient care to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
• Responsible for the care of patients treated by physical therapist assistants.
• May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.
