Qualifications

• DPT degree and VA physical therapist license are required.
• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• 1+ years in outpatient setting; dry needling certification preferred.
• New grads encouraged to apply with clinical references.
• Education: Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and sports-related injuries.
• Collaborate with surgeons regarding patient progress, clinical findings, and protocol adjustments.
• Apply advanced manual therapy techniques with functional exercise programs, including blood flow restriction (BFR) and performance-based rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on pain management strategies and active rehabilitation.

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and sports-related injuries.
• Collaboration with Surgeons: Communicate regularly with surgeons regarding patient progress, clinical findings, and protocol adjustments to ensure seamless care.
• Manual Therapy & Exercise Programs: Apply advanced manual therapy techniques combined with functional exercise programs, including blood flow restriction (BFR) and performance-based rehabilitation.
• Technology Integration: Utilize EMR systems such as WebPT and Modernizing Medicine for documentation and patient management.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on pain management strategies, alternatives to medication, and the benefits of active rehabilitation.
• Competitive salary: $89,000 - $110,000+ annually, depending on experience
• Sign-on bonus and performance-based bonus potential
• Flexible schedule, including potential 4-day work weeks or adjusted hours (Monday-Friday)
• Continuing education stipend ($1,500+ annually) with paid CEU days
• Opportunities for specialized program development (e.g., return-to-run, ACL rehabilitation, golf rehabilitation)

Requirements
