We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic rehabilitation team. This role focuses on the evaluation and treatment of patients in an outpatient setting, with an emphasis on pre‑operative conditioning, post‑surgical rehabilitation, and hands‑on manual therapy techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for orthopedic, pre‑operative, and post‑operative patients
• Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, physician protocols, and patient goals
• Provide evidence‑based manual therapy interventions including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques
• Design and implement progressive therapeutic exercise programs focused on strength, mobility, stability, and functional movement
• Educate patients on injury prevention, post‑surgical precautions, home exercise programs, and long‑term wellness strategies
• Communicate effectively with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines
• Maintain a high standard of patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice

• Prehabilitation for orthopedic surgical candidates
• Post‑operative rehabilitation including joint replacement, spine, shoulder, knee, and sports‑related procedures

Requirements
