Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Corydon, Indiana clinic. You will assess movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based plans of care, and deliver interventions to improve function and reduce pain. You will track outcomes and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Competitive compensation includes a sign-on bonus up to $10K, productivity incentives, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation

$75,000 to 85,000 – Sign on Bonus – Up to $10K & inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
