Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based care for older adults, with a focus on personalized evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans. You will deliver one-on-one therapy in private residences and senior communities, document care in EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote mobility, independence, and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in basic computer use and EMR systems.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
