Our client, Crawford Thomas Recruiting, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado Springs to lead and grow a Pediatric Physical Therapy Program within a mission-driven nonprofit. You will oversee a collaborative team and a pediatric caseload focused on developmental and physical disabilities, including autism.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and autism preferred.
• Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Pediatric Physical Therapy Program and patient caseload.
• Evaluate and assess children with movement disorders, developmental delays, and physical disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals.
• Help children improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide education, training, and support to non-PT professionals and caregivers.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, functional training, adaptive equipment, and evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Participate in leadership initiatives, program development, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• All hours are paid at the same hourly rate, including:
