POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient care team dedicated to orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. This role involves delivering personalized treatment to a diverse patient population in a modern, well-equipped clinical setting. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct individualized physical assessments to evaluate patient conditions
• Design and deliver customized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Apply a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Collaborate with peers and clinicians to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies for continued recovery
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in line with compliance standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to care
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based rehabilitation methods
• Clinical experience or interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings
• Commitment to growth, learning, and inclusive patient engagement

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This role offers an hourly compensation rate of $34. Team members enjoy a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to professional development resources. Scrubs and lab coats are provided by the employer. The schedule includes consistent weekday hours, with a supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance and professional growth.
