REMOTE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO CONDUCT ONGOING SERVICES & SUPERVISION

Maxima Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time, creative, and dedicated remote Physical Therapists to join our transdisciplinary team, which includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and child development specialists.

The position offers a flexible schedule, providing individual services to children aged birth to 3 years with varying delays, remotely or at clients’ homes. We offer competitive rates up to $70 per hour* and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees, including medical insurance, 401K, sick leave, paid vacation, and flexible scheduling.

We also provide various Continuing Education (CEU) opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing 1:1 treatment in clients’ homes or daycare centers
2. Offering parent education, training, and support
3. Collaborating with other clinicians to ensure quality care
4. Developing treatment plans, documenting session notes, and submitting progress reports promptly
5. Mentoring PTAs through supervisory opportunities
6. Conducting evaluations to determine service needs
7. Maintaining CEU and licensure requirements
8. Previous pediatric treatment experience (for remote work)
9. Having a reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license (for in-person work)
10. Providing immunization records, CPR certification, and a current negative TB test (for in-person work)
11. Demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and being team-oriented
12. Multilingual skills are a plus

Physical requirements (for in-person services):

1. Engaging in therapy activities that may involve playing on the floor or using child-sized furniture
2. Ensuring client and surroundings safety
3. Performing quick and sudden movements as needed
4. Walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching above the head, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
5. Possibly engaging in sustained physical activity for up to 60 minutes

*Pay Rate: The professional rate for this position is up to $70/hr for direct therapy sessions. Drive time and mileage will be reimbursed at applicable rates. The actual wage may vary based on skills, language proficiency, experience, and location.
