Job summary

Rivetus-Rehabilitation- is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting. You will perform screenings, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore physical function.

Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, documenting care, and participating in quality improvement activities while maintaining compliance with Ohio licensure requirements and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Ohio.

Participates in patient care conferences, program development, and screenings as appropriate. Provides supervision for PTAs and aides as assigned.
