Rivetus seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assess and plan treatments, and document care to standards. Collaboration with clinicians ensures quality patient outcomes.

You will support local facilities within a 30-mile radius of your home, with flexible full-time scheduling, supervision of PTAs and aides, and participation in ongoing program development.

Competenze

• Completed an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Ohio.
• Current driver’s license.

• Conduct PT screenings and evaluations to determine patient status and develop/adjust treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care in line with productivity and professional standards.
• Instruct and supervise PTAs and aides as assigned; ensure accurate documentation.
• Participate in patient care conferences, CQI activities, and program development.

Scheduling is organized and provides consistency, with adherence to the therapist's preferred schedule.Main Facility Location: Mill Run-3399 Mill Run Dr, Hilliard, OH 43026Schedule: Full Time - Flexible scheduling availableGeneral Summary:In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
