Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks a full-time Physical Therapist I to provide acute care PT services, restore function, and support safe patient discharge. Outpatient at the SEH (Sports Clinic)working directly with the Ortho Group—Monday-Friday—no weekends.

The role offers new-grad mentorship, a fast-paced hospital setting, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a large health system. Candidates must hold a PT license and BCLS.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsabilités

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $40 to $57.23. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
