Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL is seeking a PRN/Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide consultative and therapeutic services to restore function for patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and integumentary disorders.

The Physical Therapist I will work under established policies, ensuring licensure and regulatory compliance, and will participate in care plans, documenting outcomes and coordinating with the wider care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative and therapeutic services to restore function in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Performs duties in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and regulatory licensing/accrediting requirements.

The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Pay Transparency

Mercy Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $50. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
