Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a leader to oversee the Operative Physical Therapy team. This role manages daily rehab services, coordinates staff and clinical affiliates, and helps shape policies and new programs.

The ideal candidate will supervise patient care, perform evaluations and treatments, and work closely with the Director to manage the department within a large health system. On-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BA or BS degree.
• Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist.
• Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
• BCLS for healthcare provider’s certification upon hire and maintain current.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Rehab Services daily activities.
• Coordinates and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments and activity schedule.
• Plans and establishes policies and procedures; develops new programs.
• Trains and monitors competency; conducts staff performance evaluations.
• Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance.
• Assists Director in management of department and delegated assignments.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $96,907.20 to $140,379.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
