Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center St. Lukes in Carrollton, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility and reduce pain. You will educate clients and caregivers, and supervise team members as appropriate.

A Bachelor's in Physical Therapy is required, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred, plus BLS and Virginia license. Base pay ranges from market-competitive salary with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in Physical Therapy; master's or doctorate preferred.
• BLS certification and Virginia Physical Therapy license required.
• Experience in rehabilitative programs and patient education is expected.

Responsibilities

The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
