Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center St. Lukes in Carrollton, VA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and participate in rehab programs that improve mobility and reduce pain. You will educate clients and caregivers and supervise care provided by the team.

Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Education

• Bachelor’s Level Degree - Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred)
