Job summary

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Camas, WA. We offer full-time and PRN opportunities with a supportive, collaborative environment focused on helping patients regain strength and independence.

You will evaluate patients, create plans of care, and provide skilled therapy while educating patients and families. Licensure in WA and strong communication are required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to support progress.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with PTAs, nursing, and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise PTAs as appropriate.
