Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Assess residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team and physician.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
