Job summary

Lacamas Creek Post Acute in Washington state is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulatory standards, and educate patients and families on therapy programs and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing high quality patient care.
• Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required.
• Full time availability required for sign on bonus eligibility.

• up to $65 per hour
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires
• Sign on bonus paid quarterly
