Position Summary:

Are you ready to make a difference in patients' lives by providing exceptional physical therapy services? We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Physical Therapy Center.

In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting the total rehabilitation needs of patients, maintaining quality care in compliance with established guidelines, and serving as a leader in our clinic. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to evidence-based practice will be instrumental in helping our patients achieve optimal outcomes.

Performance Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practice and current standards of care.
  • Develop individualized care plans and adapt them as needed to meet patients' changing needs.
  • Supervise and monitor patients' progress in physical therapy.
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians regarding patients' conditions, progress, and care plans.
  • Input charges and maintain accurate patient charting in compliance with clinic protocols.
  • Coordinate patient referrals and ensure timely communication with referring providers.
  • Participate in providing learning experiences for physical therapy students during their clinical rotations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proficiency in patient evaluation and treatment methods.
  • Knowledge of equipment use and limitations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including obtaining 30 CEUs biannually.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to adapt treatments to individual patient needs and exercise judgment in clinical decision-making.
