About The Team

ACCEL Schools is seeking highly qualified Virtual Physical Therapists for the 2025-2026 school year. We are a K-12 public charter school management organization serving students across the United States in brick-and-mortar, virtual, and hybrid settings. About The Role

The Physical Therapist collaborates with school staff to coordinate and provide Physical Therapy services for eligible students. This is a virtual position with limited in-office work required throughout the year.

Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality online physical therapy services in accordance with student IEPs.
2. Conduct PT evaluations and reevaluations as needed.
3. Consult with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom participation.
4. Develop, monitor, and report on goals; design interventions based on research-based practices.
5. Maintain clear clinical documentation demonstrating student progress.
6. Participate in IEP and other relevant meetings.
7. Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
8. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and privacy at all times.
9. Engage in ongoing professional development.
10. Follow all school policies and procedures.
11. Participate in training and meetings as required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, influenced by factors such as location, skills, education, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off for 10-month staff.
