Role Overview
As a Vori Health Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of the care team, ensuring patients receive the best possible care and empowering them to live their best lives. You will practice current evidence-based care, build relationships, and treat the whole person, not just conditions. You will collaborate with the care team to achieve patient-centered goals, working closely with the Director of Physical Therapy and Lead Physical Therapist.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with founders in building a transformative healthcare ecosystem that emphasizes evidence-based, personalized medicine. You will leverage your knowledge, patient preferences, and Vori Health technology to guide patients through their health journeys.

What You’ll Do

• Practice at the top of your license, screening patients appropriately and referring to other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Perform initial and ongoing digital physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards and state regulations.
• Make clinical decisions utilizing a biopsychosocial model across the musculoskeletal spectrum.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans with clear goals and collaboration with other team members.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Document patient progress accurately according to medical and facility standards.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.
• Communicate effectively with the care team to deliver coordinated care.
• Meet quality and company standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), ensuring safe and effective care, developing treatment plans, co-signing notes, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree.
• Active, unencumbered PT license in your state.
• Reside in a state participating in the PT Compact.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital or outpatient physical therapy, specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, with a biopsychosocial approach. OCS certification is a plus.
• Experience with telehealth and digital care tools, including completion of the APTA Telehealth certificate series.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy, motivation skills, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Work Authorization

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide necessary documentation.
