Job summary

Home&Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-home care team in Billings, MT. You will deliver skilled PT treatment in patients' homes, promoting independence and quality of life.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a patient-centered care approach tailored to each family situation.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current, unrestricted Montana PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations to help them reach their highest potential.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
