Job summary

Home&Care in Billings, MT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home-based rehabilitation. You will build relationships with patients and families, guiding them toward greater independence in their own homes, with support from a dedicated care team.

Qualifications include an accredited PT program, Montana license, CPR, and strong communication. New grads welcome; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current, unrestricted Montana PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries and illnesses to help them reach their highest potential.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members and update care plans as needed.
