Qualifications

• Must hold degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current, unrestricted Montana PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to help patients reach their highest potential.
• Conduct assessments, document findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Design rehab programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate progress with patients, families, and team, updating care plans as needed.
