SM Staffing in Billings, MT is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families while helping them regain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

This full-time role emphasizes collaborative care with physicians, supervising aides, and documenting patient progress to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current, unrestricted Montana PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations to help them reach their highest potential.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
