Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans for residents on campus. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to promote mobility, independence, and quality of life while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Degree and training that meet Medicare and state requirements.
• Ability to complete required documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services that promote resident mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies.
• Support residents in achieving their personal goals while honoring their preferences and routines.

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Full-Time Physical Therapist - $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS!

Compensation: $41.00 – $48.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) PRN Physical Therapist Flat rate: $55.00 per hour
