Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR Managers and the Director in recruitment, training, and employee relations. You will serve as the liaison between the community and corporate HR, handling benefits, Workday, payroll, and related data entry for new hires.

Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the HR Managers and Director in all aspects of the department (recruitment, training, employee relations), as well as overseeing and/or facilitating various special projects independently. Serves as the principal liaison between the community and the corporate office for HR related issues (benefits, Workday, payroll). Plays a key role in workforce administration and often serves as the primary contact for newly hired employees.
Compensation: $23.00 -$28.00 per hour, based on experience.
